Where is Metropolmed located?

In Istanbul, Türkiye, at Atalar, Üsküdar Cd. No:112, 34862 Kartal. We welcome patients from all over the world.

Does Metropolmed provide the treatment itself?

Yes. Your consultation, procedure, hotel, VIP transfers, interpreter and aftercare are all organised and delivered by the Metropolmed team, so you deal with one company from your first message to your final check-up.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. Send photos or describe your goals on WhatsApp or via the form, and our medical team replies with an opinion and a written plan at no cost.

What is included in a package?

Treatment, pre-operative tests, medication, hotel, VIP transfers, an interpreter and follow-up care. Each package lists exactly what it covers; see the Packages page.

Is Metropolmed licensed?

Yes. Metropolmed holds the International Patient Authorization Certificate of the Turkish Ministry of Health (USHAŞ, No. AK-0164) and is a registered TÜRSAB member (No. 13032).

How can I pay?
